Decipher Connect is an Outlook add-in provided by Decipher that allows users to create commercial loan applications and business contacts within the Decipher platform directly from Microsoft Outlook.

Decipher Connect only accesses data that the user explicitly selects or initiates within Outlook, which may include: Email metadata (such as sender, recipient, subject, and timestamp), Email body content, Contact information contained in emails (e.g., name, email address, company). Decipher Connect does not automatically scan inboxes, read emails in the background, or access any data without user action, including personal information. Data accessed through Decipher Connect is used solely to create business loan applications within the Decipher platform, create business contact records associated with those applications, and support the core functionality initiated by the user and does not include personal information. Personal information is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes. Data transmitted via Decipher Connect is securely sent to the Decipher platform. Decipher does not store email data within the add-in itself nor any personal information. All actions performed by Decipher Connect require explicit user initiation within Outlook.

Decipher Connect Add-in is part of the Decipher Credit family of products and only works with Microsoft Outlook and can only be used with Decipher Credit software. Decipher Connect Add-in is offered under the Office Store’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which disclaims all warranties and excludes or limits remedies and damages to the maximum extent permitted by law, and specifies that you bear all risk of using these add-ins. You should only use this add-in if you are comfortable with the privacy implications explained in our Decipher Connect Privacy Policy.
